Git and rules attach to the task, not a sidecar.
Atlas webhook retries show PR #842, failing payments-e2e, and reviewers on the same record. Status rules assign the sprint when work hits Review. Administrators own tokens.

GitHub and GitLab on ATL-176.
The task keeps the pull request, branch, and checks. Linking does not require the delivery engineer to hold org-wide credentials — those live with administrators on the backend.
Automation
When status changes, apply the agreed then.
Review assigns Sprint 18 and notifies QA. Resolved clears remaining hours. A disabled rule can wait until the Git merge path is ready. Rules are listed; they are not buried in a script host.
Administration
Adapters and credentials stay with the platform.
